We want you to love your mat If something isn't right, we'll make it right

10-Day Return Window
If you're not satisfied with your ZURKH Mat Pro, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund no questions asked

Conditions

• Mat must be in original condition  unrolled, clean, undamaged
• Original packaging preferred but not required
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

How to Return

1. Email us at [zurkh3@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours
3. Ship the mat back within 7 days of receiving the label
4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items
If your mat arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost
